Funding Request
We are seeking to raise $1,000,000 USD to accelerate our growth, capitalize on new opportunities, and further our mission of driving meaningful climate action.
Use of Funds: The proceeds from this funding round will be used to meet projected expenses. As it stands there is currently a projected 5 month window where the company is operating at a loss. After this five month period we are projecting our service contract with NOAH to cover our expenses and for our full cross chain platform to provide additional revenue. This money will not only provide us the next 5 months expenses but also give us the security we need to bring on new talent. This would also allow us to move some of the expenses we have spread out over the fiscal year upfront so that we can move forward with legal advice on our RWA platform and token issuance.
With these funds we will specifically:
Bring on our new CTO Alex Paredes full time.
Build out our ecoLedger that will connect credit providing platforms to an omnichain marketplace.
Launch a sales and marketing campaign to attract new buyers and project developers.
Obtain legal services to advise on a potential token launch.
Maintain staff and operations until service contract revenue kicks in.
