Roadmap

Based on Standard Calendar Year

Previous Accomplishments

  • Manure Lagoon Pilot: Based in Mission, BC. ecoToken has supported the development of a manure airration treatment that is expected to dramatically reduce the methane emissions of manure lagoons while increasing crop yields for farmers.

  • WaterDAO Launched: ecoToken ecoServices were used to develop the WaterDAO and generate a water credit system that will provide a framework for how water credits will be issued on chain. Through this ecoToken has secured itself as a primary distributer of water credits on chain.

  • Septic Pilot Project Live: The first project with through the ecoToken System in Orlando, Florida that is treating septic waste and removing the fats, oils, and grease to be used as biodiesel. With this pilot ecoToken was able to prove the ability to source a project that could provide viable returns, find a technology to meet that need, find funding for the project, develop a way to generate environmental credits from the project, and finally ecoToken will help to facilitate a repayment to the funders of the project.

  • Beta ecoNFT Impact Certificates Platform: A functioning cross chain ecocredit retirement platform linking Regen to Solana. The platform has retired over 5,000 tonnes of CO2 primarily through the Solana Foundation.

Q4 2023

  • New Website Launch: An improved platform designed to better represent ecoToken's comprehensive mission with a new and more modern design.

  • Phase 1 Septic Pilot: Utilizing the FOG technology to extract fats, oils, and grease from wastewater, paving the way for biodiesel production. This project is anticipating to hit significant revenue in Q1 2024 of which ecoToken will benefit.

Q4 2023

  • EcoLedger Launch: Launching a transparent and comprehensive ledger system, enabling cross-chain eco-credit retirement with the ability for on an off chain ecocredit providers to list on.

  • Fungible ecoCredits Available Cross Chain: Diversifying our credit offerings across various blockchain platforms to catalyze demand and liquidity.

  • Multi Chain Functionality Expansion: Facilitating seamless operations across Solana, Polygon, BASE, and other main EVM chains.

  • Phase 2 Septic Pilot Project: DHS - Dehumidification System Introduction. Premiering the first on-chain water credits, with applications spanning septic treatment to broader municipal integration.

Q2 2024

  • Connecting New EcoCredit Providers: Expanding our partnerships to establish a diverse ecocredit marketplace.

  • Tokenization of First Real-World Assets: Tokenizing tangible environmental solutions to bridge the blockchain realm with real-world impact.

  • Water Credits Available for Sale Cross-Chain: Extending the availability of water credits across various chains post the Q4 2023 introduction of the DHS.

  • Dynamic NFT Collection Release: Introducing dynamic NFTs that evolve with user engagement, promoting a commitment to water neutrality.

Q3 2024

  • Full ecoToken Platform Opening for External EcoProjects: Inviting external environmental initiatives to join and leverage the ecoToken platform. This would include project seeking pre-funding for their environmental projects and offer customized returns for funders.

  • Returns from Tokenized Assets: Demonstrating the tangible impact of our ecosystem by yielding returns from tokenized assets. These should be generated from the DHS unit operations.

  • Expansion of Water pProject Offerings: Scale out the availability to fund septic waste projects, brackish water treatment, and grease trap solutions.

  • Manure Carbon Credit Methodology: Develop and scale manure lagoon treatment methodology and allow for project funding through the ecoToken platform.

Q4 2024

  • Crowdfunding Activation for Full Projects: Enabling collective funding to push pivotal environmental projects to fruition.

  • Ongoing R&D and Methodology Development: A continued commitment to pioneering methodologies that cater to emerging technologies and environmental challenges, focusing on refining measurement, reporting, and verification techniques.
